Rental conditions


1) Minimum rental period: one week (7 days), from Saturday to Saturday during the high season.
2) 50% of the cost of the rental must be paid on the day of the rental (within seven days) and non-refundable in case cancellation. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before the arrival of the tenant. In case of cancellation, the deposit is lost.
3) The deposit / deposit of € 2,000 must be paid (by check or cash or bank transfer) the day of taking possession of the premises or with the balance of location. The deposit will be returned at the check-out or within a maximum of 5 days.
4) Attention: the rental amount is NET for the owner so the rental is excluding VAT, ie HT. In other words, the VAT is the responsibility of the agency and / or the tenant.
5) The tenant is informed that the final cleaning (at the end of the stay) will be made by a third party and will be charged 190 € payable in cash on the day of the arrival of the tenant.
6) The arrival of the tenant is scheduled on Saturday from 15:00 and departure the following Saturday at 10:00.
7) The owner declines all responsibilities in case of accidents bodily injury, drowning, theft or loss of property, fire and water damage, other damage, etc. during the tenant's stay. To this end, a letter of discharge will be signed by both parties (owner & tenant) when handing over the keys to the Villa.
8) The tenant certifies, moreover, having verified that his own insurance contract covers the risks of the seasonal hiring (guarantee resort of the multi-risk home insurance) or undertakes to take out a particular insurance policy for the duration of the hiring against the risks of bodily accidents, drowning, theft or loss of objects, fire and water damage, various damage, etc. its rental risks as well as the furniture given for rent, as well as for the remedies of the neighbors, and to justify everything on first request of the owner or his agent. Consequently, the latter disclaim any liability for the recourse that their insurance company may exercise against the lessee in the event of a claim.
